Thomas Sawmill/12 volt winch for head lift

Purchased a 12 volt winch with power in and out to use on my sawmill for head raise and lower.  Need some ideas how to marry these two units.

Not familiar with the Thomas but if you use the FF search feature you may get ideas. You've already decided on the winch so pulleys and anchor points need to be worked out. Post some pics with the unit raised and lowered and someone may offer some more specific info.
