I'm assuming that you are looking for someone to hammer circle saws.  I've found that the best source for a local saw doc is to go to the guy that sells you mill parts.  They either do it themselves or they know of a local guy that does.

If all else fails, go over to Seneca Saw Works.  http://www.senecasaw.com/  That's Casey Cramer's site.  He's in Burdet, NY and writes articles for the Northern Logger

Captain,I have a 48" headsaw #3pattern that needs to be checked and probibly hammered.No rush I have to get the mill set up decide between babbit or roller brgs.figure arbor speed.I've been away from circular mills about 20 years most of my old contacts are retired or living with God.As you know this is not a millsey area.Thanks I've got your number.
