Why can't I start a new topic on the wanted board?

There's no 'new topic' button for me to click.  Does this board require a special registration?

The commerce section was started as a benefit for members.  It requires a record of a number of posts to insure that it doesn't become a dumping ground for everyone on the Internet.  Send me an IM and explain what you want and I'll see about helping you get it on there.

What Tom said. I was here awhile before I saw it. Kinda was like a --a-- gift when I did. Course it mighta been there for a while before I noticed it. :(
