Sure looks like it. I've never seen it before. The flower, seed pods and leaves remind me of mustard.

Last summer I saw a whole host of salt marsh plants I don't see in my books. Some quite colorful with some unique looking anatomy.

The seeds sure reminded me of mustard seeds, so I was thinking along those lines.
I found these when my kid sister and I went up to the lake to open up several weeks back.
It took us a few minutes to figure out what was throwing seeds at us.
It didn't take much for the seed pods to pop open and throw the seeds several feet.

You still have time to collect a bunch of those proto-mustard seeds, dry them, and concoct a special proto-mustard sauce for the Pig Roast :).
