Anyone familiar with these.
I just replaced the manifold and the water pressure back to the detergent selector seems too high, it continues to blow the tubing off at the selector and won't pick up the detergent.

We send the Simoniz owners to the Black & Decker service centre. ;D Seriously, you need to run a low pressure nozzle to dispense detergent, the water flow needs to create a low pressure area to siphon the soap. High pressure in the hose will close the check valve in the soap line.

The low pressure kicks in via the nozzle end.
The wand supplies both low and high pressure.
I think the problem might be associated with an indent ball and spring in the manifold that delivers water and pressure to the detergent selector but I can't locate any specs on it .

Kevin

I called Simoniz to talk to a tech today and was told it could take up to a week for someone to call me back. ::)

Kevin

They called today, not bad.
I got the part number and the part, less than five bucks. 8)

Yer REALLY enjoyin these one sided conversations, EH Kevin  :D :D :D
All truth passes through three stages:
   First, it is ridiculed;
   Second, it is violently opposed; and
   Third, it is accepted as self-evident.
