I posted a bunch of pictures from the Rollag Steam Threshers Reunion. It's held every labor day weekend in Rollag Minnesota which is about 40 miles southeast of Fargo, ND. About 50,000 attend this annual event and it is a real treat for anyone interested in tractors, big steam engines, sawmills, or horse powered equipment. I posted 150+ pictures at

There's even a picture of my wife, me, and my red-headed son (Cindy and I are the round ones).

Here is a small sample of a scale model steam powered sawmill. They have all sizes running up to the big mill that has a crew of about 10-15 men.

Hope you enjoy these pictures. I'll try to add some captions as I find time.

Top notch pictures Mark.

I checked out the larger picture of the sawmill. It looks like an auger running underneath the mill.I'm guessing it is for sawdust, but what is driving it?

Looks like there is an electric motor and gear box behind the carriage, driving the auger.
