Hi, i've been working on these today and i've think I have come up with something i'm happy with. little bit of info, 22X26 plus 8ft covered porch on the front. (9ft walls, loft at 8ft and going to go with a 8.5 or 9 pitch for the roof)

in the next day or two, i'm going to try and place in the windows!

1. Do you think I would need a post or 2 to hold up the loft on the front? i've put 2 in the plans, it's a 22ft span, what size round log would be ok for that span without post? (the loft on the back will be held up with walls for the bedroom and bath.)

thanks for any feedback.

Just wondering if this is log construction or dimensional lumber I have a picture in my gallery for ref.
I would add an extra one rather than be one short ! (bouncy floors are anoying)
Personal opinon but I have had the winder stairs that you have drawn in and we hated them.
Note I am not an engineer :-X ;)
lovin anything handcrafted with logs!!

Those three views are pretty light and not labeled.
I think the first one is first floor plan view, but you should add more dimensions.
I think the second and third are th second floor plan views one with furniture one without.
Again proper labeling and dimension will help....

Please review and or email me the pictures directly, and I'll look at it...
