Anyone running a Meadows?

Just wondering if there is anyone here on the forum running a meadows mill.
was looking at one the other day.
I don't know much about them,
are they a good mill?

What number Meadows were you looking at? Lots of guys ran Meadows back home in Northern WI. There's a dealer up there and he sold quite a few mills in the area. They cut nice lumber. Seem to be built strong. They make a trailer mounted, handset mill too. They really weren't too expensive for what you got. They're no Cleereman for sure, but you get what you pay for. A Meadows will cut good lumber all day long though.

not suyre what model it was. I am not real farmiliar with them at all. I am not real farmiliar with with lots of things. :)
I was thinking it might be better to cut ties on than the mill I have now.

I don't have one, but Meadows make good mills. They are made in North Wilkesboro, NC.Meadows Mills

   I've run a coupla of them,good solid ground type mills,should do really good cuttin ties.
