band speed calc on a new mill

hey board , i am thinking about making a mill , prob 3 phase 30 HP
poss gas .  posted my calc on blade speed

this is going to be setup with a pulley on the motor shaft, driving a drive wheel on the same shaft as the main band wheel drive side

if y`all could look it over, dont want to mess up in the math
