Quick BBQ sauce

I was getting ready to put a pan of country ribs in the oven and, to my shock and surprize, found I was out of barbeque sauce. I did have some salsa so I mixed it with kechup, mustard and some sugar and MAN did those ribs come out good!!! Much better than I thought they would.

Gotta love when that happens. ;D  Most of the best foods are just thrown together without measuring. IMHO that is.  My grandmother never used a measuring cup or spoons, if anything she simply dumped it in the bowl or pot or measured in the palm of her hand and we lived to tell another story. :D :D

Here's a good one that my girlfriend shared with me -
50-50 mix of Coca-Cola Classic and ketchup.
I thought it sounded nasty, and it looks strange too, but ut it over chicken and baked it or grill it, and you have a serious winner!
I like it better than the stuff I get at the store!
