Our local police found something like that in a parking lot. They closed downthe streets nearby and called in a bomb squad. 6 hours later they discovered that it was somebody's homemade lure case for a muskie lure.

Looks like one a two possible maybes...... :

First off a drain unstucker, judgin' by da size, I'd say it's fer da throne. ;D

Although, my second stab at it would be it's one o dose handy holders fer da tag and license paperwork like da big trucks have on da trailer.

Which reminds me, I need one o dose tings meself, thanks fer da idear der Mooseherder. :D

The Mrs. is a smart lady Murf.
She is right. I fill the Top insert tube w/drilled holes in it with Miracle Grow.
Then insert the tube with rubber endcaps back into the PVC, put endcap back on and the Blue Stuff goes thru the irrigation pipes to the lawn, shrubs and trees. ;D

No more walking around the yard twice a year missing a few spots with the granual stuff.
This covers well all over and the tube is emptied in about 15 minutes by flipping the switch.
Now, I need a patent.
