Wall unit done!!

I've only been working on it, hmmmm FOREVER.

I installed this for sis two weeks ago. She finally sent me the pics.
136 X 84 X 12
Walnut and curly maple. Finish is BLO and ML Cambells high build satin lacquer.
I didn't have enough straight boards for the back. So I took my cabinent door set and made stiles and rails.
Then cut a bunch, and I mean a bunch of short boards 2,4 and 6 inches wide. tounge and grooved them and slid those in between the stiles to build the back.

Now for one for the living room. this one is in her dining room.

Beautiful work!  It looks like some new constuction is going on in the room.  Make sure your around to protect your work when the flooring and painting are getting done.

Oh I don't have to worry about that, nieces husband, and one of my nephews are doing the work. They mess up and Sis will strangle them.  :D  :D

She is in the middle of an ongoing remodel, knocked out a wall, moved the living room, added a formal dining room. Re did the kitchen.
