Texas Ranger

Today is the anniversary of when I signed on to the Forest Forum, trolled in by Jeff B from another site.  That was in the year 2000, September 10.  A couple of us over at another site had been talking with Jeff about this, and he bullheadedly charged ahead like he had good sense.  The boy is smarter than he looks, he has done a great job, and the forum is coming up on its own anniversary. on the 24th of September.  It has matured a little, and still fun, even with some of us old curmudgeons grumbling on the side lines occaisionally.

How many were signed in prior to 10 September, 2000?  If I remember correctly, it was a slow start, and then snow balled.

My first post, I am so proud.

Trading caps with Steve is a one way affair.  By the sun burn showing on his head in his profile shot he seldom wears one.

Good site, well done.  Oh, Steve, all is forgiven, you can come home.

Way to go, Jeff and crew
