Is there a good site to find parts diagrams and rebuild info ?Thanks in advance

Maybe has a leaky, dirty needle valve letting it load up with fuel when sitting for a couple of minutes.  Try holding the throttle wide open when your starting it.    Steve

Could be the coil heating up and going open.
Check for a spark when it won't start.
