heat alone won't work. You need air flow and humidity control (vents) or you will end up with a mess of mold.

Right now the direction that I am headed for is as follows
Start at 95 degrees for 50 minites
Dwell 5 min
purge 5 min and restart.
I will do this untill the wood is down to 12 % RH
Them increase the  heat to 100 same cycle
@ 8% increase to 105
@ 6% dwell with doors open then increase to 130 for two hours and finish

That purge is sort of air flow and humidity control but you are going to be swinging those doors a lot.

I'll purge with a fan and leave the door shut. Micro controller to run everything.

:D So if you tell me now that you have fans for circulation, I'll have to point out that you have a kiln.  :D

Two 20" for stack circulation one 20 for condeser heat exchange and a 10 " for purge.
What my problem is, is the cycle that I plan in line?

you already have a kiln,  now set up that controller to heat when the dry bulb gets too low and vent when the wet bulb gets too high and you are in business.
