Hehehehe :D  I finally got myself a cant hook.  Actually, last summer I got an old junk hook from a friends relatives.  It had a really beat up handle but the hook was fine.  So, I got a piece of wood for a handle but it was twisty and gnarly grained.  Today, my sawyer gave me a piece of red oak, real straight grained.  I ran it through the tablesaw, tripped the breaker 5 or 6 times :  Ran it through the planer, cut the one end square and cut a pyramid on the other end and ran a roundover on the top of the handle.  I like it and didn't really get to use it yet.

Yeah the grass looks good, in the picture.  But in reality, it is mostly bermuda grass or whatever that stuff is.  And you can compliment my dad, I let him do all the yard work :D
