It sure is a small, whatever it is, by the looks of the grain in the wood under it.  ::)

Must be something off one of them old saws in his junk museum collection.  ;D

     Look like a casting ladle.
     Used to use them to hand pour aluminum in to molds.

I haven't figured out what it is yet, but I'm a guessin' that it came off of that snow blower that Wildflower has been using out in the front yard.
