Ok......I have tried everything and I still can't post a picture. Here's where I'm at....I got the pics, I cropped them, I resized them to 250 X 150 pixels.....Now according to DanG instructions I now have to reduce the quality. Where do I do that? I just tried uploading the pics and was unsuccessful because they are too big. I'm tired of this and I'm going back to the shop to do some turning. I hope someone can help me out!!!! ??? :-[ ??? :-[
Why not just 1 pain free day?

Jeff

You should make the photos bigger in size. 250 X 150, Those are too small. Use 350 pixles as the greater dimension.  That will set the Dimension size, thats just the first step.  NOW, you need to crunch the file size. You need a software program that can do that. The onw we tell everyone about is a free version of the jpeg optimizer that you can download from www.xat.com
