How to build a vacum kiln on the cheap

I really would like to build one that can process 500 bf of lumber at a time, but have no idea how to start. I currently run a conventional that process 3000bf  at a time but want chamber to process thick slabs and thick lumber in general.

Any ideas where to start? Plans or instructions available?
