I think we need a posting about weird stuff we see.

and what i have seen

here is a weird tree. top of tree is broken off and a side branch has grown to make a new top.
the side branch has a 24 to 36 inch diameter!
estimated GPS  42°42'39.60"N , 123°26'4.01"W

been looking for a photo of two trees i found in Minnesota near Lake Ida that grew together in a capital H shape.
i think one of the trees branch grew into the other tree.

This is a picture of a live oak at a rest area on I-4 east between Polk City and Orlando.  Ironically, I was hauling an FFA Nursery and Landscape team to the state contest in Apopka when we saw this.  One of the practicums was pruning.  The pruner missed the branch collar on these.  I think oaks are monoecious but this one sure looks like it is a male.
