YUP! It's Rick Moranis.  ::) The goofie, Canadian born, actor we saw in such movies as Ghost Busters, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Parenthood, Flintstones and the ever popular SCTV years has gone country. :D

Anyone remember the name of the scit from SCTV?

Didnt the do a song with Geddy Lee of Rush Called "The Great White North?

Bob and Doug did "Strange Brew" which was a bit of an offshoot from "Great White North" as I remember.  Haven't seen it in years but it sure made me laugh ;D
