wal now thank ya all and yup it was an interesting day fer sure.
my son came over at 7:00 last nite and said dad you're going jug fishing
Wal now I'll tell ya there is no better way to spend a nite then sitting in a boat watching jugs
bounce around it is a good time to reflect and enjoy the company of your son.
dosn't even matter if ya catch anything or not. we did catch a 5lb. drum  ;D
I really enjoyed it (note to self) make sure son puts plug in boat before leaving dock  :D
    all the kids and grandkids just left and I'll tell ya I am whuped but loved ever min of it. ;D

Last nite my son came and got me i thought to take me out for dinner for my birthday WRONG he stuck me in his jeep and said we are going fishing. Now that is a good thing i havn't been fishing in three years.
When we got to the boat ramp like the son he is he wouldn't let me help launch the boat. ok fine we had my grand son with us, got in the water started down the river usung the trolling motor. My grandson Eric started yelling papa we sinking
well know I'll tell ya paul was in front on the deck and I was on the back deck. Now you have to know it was pitch black.
I needed to get my o2 tank so I asked Eric to get it for me
Well now that there boy is 7 and can sure tell some tails so half the time we just pass it off. Wal he handed me my tank
and sure nuff it was soaked. wal i grabed a light and looked
yup sure nuff sinking I then ask paul ( son did you put the plug in the boat when ya put it in the water ) ( son yup)
(me where ya keep it ) (son motor well)
The big dummy there it was sitting there and us full of water
well I done clum down on my belly in the water and stuck er in place and turmed on the bilge pump.
Eric ( papa i told you we were sinking but you guys never here me)
The moral of this storey is listen to your children no matter
how many tails they tell.
and thats a fact gene ;D
