I homeschool the kids sopart of her playground is actually in the log yard.

stump jumper and Jonathon had hid it on her in the truck and I thought someone was gonna get it.  She had a yard stick or somethin' in her hand and she was aimim' to use it.  Once she found out where is was she calmed down and didn't let go of it after that.  She may of even slept with it in the camper.

Good for you!  Our granddaughters go to a pretty good public school but there is still a lot to be desired. (no need to get into it.)

Brooke and Alex love it out around our sawmill and such.  (We don't let them in the building while we are sawing.)  They have a nice area of grass and shade trees they play under within view of the sawshed.  

They also love the sawdust pile and will spend probably an hour a day there.  They'll dig a hole to China and then fill it back in again.  They love to play with the cut off block ends too.  Alex will stack them and see how high she can build something.  Brooke likes to put them end to end and see how long she can make something.

Climbing on the logs or lumber stacks is grounds for punishment and they know better.

Part_timmers and my daughter (7) would love one of them. She is daddy little helper on the mill. She is always ready to go out to the mill. And all he has to do is say that there are logs to be painted and she has her shoes on is a heart beat. Now the son (12) thinks that it is all work and drags his feet to do anything but then again he dose have to work. He keeps the firewood split (somewhat)and stacked. Don't think one would help him do that. And Pink is just not his color.
