Well I'm gonna guess he's using "chopped" dates, so that makes it easier. ;)

Ya don't freeze first. ;)
Since a chipper don't really grind, that could be considered chopped as well in a sense. ;D

I was in the resturaunt today, eating lunch with my old-timer and this sweet young thing snuck up behind me and hugged my neck. Then she kissed me on the forehead, knocking my glasses awry.  It was my wife.  Today was Chicken and dumpling day and she stopped in there for lunch and was eating at another table.

When we got ready to leave we found that she had already paid the  bill.

;D

This morning as we pull up to my work (she was keeping the car for errands) :

Me: Aw, man!  I left my coffee mug at home!

Her: I can go and bring it back to you.

Me: Thank you!  (And to myself: I have the most awesome wife in the world.  :) )

My wife came out of the country store complaining that the fatback and the fishing worms were on the same self in the cooler.

Sharing her concern, I reassured her, "The fatback won't hurt those worms."
