Well, It's a good thing.  Those crickets came from a flying saucer in Roswell NM and are looking for an incendiary bomb they lost a while back.  I understand they can be vicious when cornered.

Well Jeff, the picture is deceptive because it doesn't give a clue to the size of this thing.  To me it looks like a chisel that has a slot in the head for pulling nails. That is, if it is small enough to be handheld.

You know Charlie, that is just about what I was thinking too.  I reckon great minds run on the same "board".  The other thing I was thinking of, was it being used as a wedge to separate a newly being cut board from the main log so as to not pinch the blade in a "band mill".  the one side has several raised wedge shaped disegns to help hold it in place when inserted into a grove of some sort.  I am probably just about as far as I can get out of the box, Jeff.   I will have to dream some more of the actual possibilities. :P :P :P
