Title: Timberjack 360 filters
Post by: Firefighterbean on November 15, 2017, 02:08:24 AM
Hello! :)
We just purchased a 1973 Timberjack 360 with a 453 Detroit in it. Wanted to get all of the filters changed but I can't even begin to see numbers under the 6"'of caked on crap. It's working now and since we are 100 miles away from the nearest filter I wanted to have the filters ready before tearing into it to avoid a lot of down time. I've searched and can't find much... any links to handy websites would be great

Thanks!

All filters on the machine?

No trouble to get the engine filters, just go on the Baldwin filter website and select your machine. Make sure that the filter housing wasn't upgraded to the spin on's. The origional ones were canister style.

I upgraded the filters on the 453 on my 240.
Real easy to do.
Ordered the parts from Davco in Maine.
Lot better than dealing with the goofy filter set up that they used to have.
