use a different name on labels for the word caffeine
If they add caffeine,it has to be labeled as such. However other ingredients can contain significant amounts of caffeine. As long as the caffeine containing ingredients are listed, caffeine itself does not have to appear on the label.
Look for guaranĂ¡, yerba mate, and guayusa which have a fair amount of caffeine. There are others but these are common.
