More like budlite and home made beef jerky!! Just another day for me!! Thanks!
Happy birthday should be a short mud season no snow here
Our road restrictions go on tomorrow. I get a few days off until we see how the thaw is affecting some of our upcoming sales. BTW, happy birthday, Woodhauler!
Our road restrictions went on Saturday morning. But we are lucky enough to have a job on an Class A road which means there aren't any restrictions. But with temps all week forecast to be in the mid 40's and lower 50's I'm guessing the woods isn't going to hold up for long so we will be shut down for a bit.
Frost laws go on Tuesday morning for us. We're on class A anyway. We'll have to time trucking around the frost going out of the truck trail but it shouldn't take long to dry up. No frost in the ground in the woods and not much snow. It'll dry up fast 8) It'll be a good spring. Has been a slow winter in the woods for us. Other things got in the way of logging which wasn't a bad thing ;) ;D Looking to make up some ground.

Thinking it will be the opposite UP here. Last fall we had lots of rain last fall and the ground was just about saturated, then we had 200 inches of white stuff this winter so all that water is going to have to go someplace.
Happy birthday woodhauler
I'll be pushing thru mud season working up firewood piles.
