the switch thats on the control handle inside the cab is that the same as a push button starter  or do i need to get one that's 24v  and does any one know where the fuse is for that switch under the dash  and is there power to that switch all the time or only when the skidder is  running  the switch is for the hydraulic brake drag                                 thanks coxy

I know you cant start to drop a load and then catch it,like you can a lot of other brands. The gears that mesh when you do that will round off there edges and not stay engaged. I have changed one of those gears out in a friends 518 20 or so years ago.
