Title: A Hand Of Intervention ?
Post by: dancan on June 04, 2006, 08:07:01 PM
A buisness asscoiate ( who's morals are a little lacking ) was stopped on his new motocycle at the back end of 4 cars that let a pedestrian cross the road , he heard a short tire screach , though " Oh xxxx I'm done " and the got the ride of his life . The car hit the rear tire of the bike , shot him up 10 ft and over to the sidewalk . He wasn't even scrached but it crushed the bike (could have been him as well ) . He says he now knows how a jack-in-the-box feels and his butt is a little sore from the launch .I told him that maybe he should find a good book and thank someone . :P

That would be the time to fall on your knees and pray, then afterwards get some clean underwear.

A similar thing happened to me back in the late 80's on my motorcycle. In my case, I was able to drive the bike home. I never even cranked it again after that and sold it for junk after letting it sit in my driveway for over a year.
