X2 on Mobil Delvac Extreme.  I buy it by the case at Cat, ends up at about $4.50 a tube, cheap enough for good grease.  I could save a buck a tube at the fleet & farm place but if the machine I'm greasing costs 5-6 figures, what's a buck?

Marty, can you tell me where I would find the fuse for the lube mizer on my 2016 LT40?

I bought this grease gun fitting at the John Deere nortrax and it works great!! It will seal up and lock on like no other fitting. It will even snuff the battery operated grease gun before leaking. It seemed expensive at the time $45 but has saved a ton of time and honestly, I'm sure has got grease to fittings that might have got the (I'll get back to that later) thing.
I was taught from a ole time rock crusher guy to try to grease while shafts/bearings are turning/running (dangerous I know, I know) but this thing minimizes "hands on" time.

I have one of these and use WD40 in it.   Works great.

I bought 2 of these while at Paul Bunyan this year.   I have not used then yet.   In fact I may never use them.  I packed then to move and have no idea where they are now.    :D     Still lots of stuff in boxes until the garage and shop are finished.

Hello,

The fuse is located behind the Lube Mizer switches. Should be 4 Phillips head screws.

Fuse should be 2 ATO Grey and 4 ATO Pink.

The 4 amp goes to the Pump

The 2 amp is for the timer module.

Best to unhook the red wire to the pump before turning on after you replace the fuse. If it still trips then it is the wiring. ( Not very common ) You then know the pump caused the fuse to blow. Winter time pump is frozen, or the pump does not like to be inactive for long times. The pump magnets will rust to the armature, if the pump runs it burns off the moisture and runs for ever.  :o well almost. You get what I am saying?

I have not had much luck removing the pump and dissembling it to fix the issue. Is has happened though.

Hope this helps.
