Ouch! I can feel for ya as I tore my right distal bicep in 2012. A sudden gust of wind while I was handling saturated sheets of 3/4" CCA caught me off guard. Although mine was not all that painful the ripping sensation and popping sounds of the tendon snapping is one you remember for a while. Had surgery to reattach everything then almost 6 months of physical therapy but mine has never been as good as it was before. I hope you have a quicker recovery than mine was.

A bicep tear ended my nephews pro baseball career. It's been 2 years and several surgeries and he's still not back to normal. Needless to say, he's a very fit young man. My sympathy. Keep it iced!

Busy milling and selling lots of wood.
Been in the hardwood for 2 weeks oak ,soft maple and white birch
The arms still very weak i opted not to get it fixed can't take the time off.
