Making Cheese from Moose Milk

Farmers in northern Sweden are milking moose, hoping that cheese-lovers with deep pockets will develop a taste for moose cheese.

It's healthy and tasty - and very expensive (nearly $500 per pound) because moose milk is hard to obtain.

How to milk a moose Ya dats a good one!

Here moosey moosey

Now what do I do? Ya dats a good one!

Don´t know if I told you this story..........

There was some mooses on the field outside my workshop, went out, hide behind a continer and started to sound like a he-moose. A young she-moose lifted her head and listened, started to move in my direction. Some steps every time she heard that sound.
When there was just a small conainer + 10´or so between us I had to tell her I am a human. She wasn´t intrested anymore but turned around and run into the woods.

Not me!! I make a point of staying away from the back end of animals that weigh more than a couple hundred pounds.
