They were straight when I took them from the stack.
They sat outside covered for about six months then I put them in the attic of my garage and haven`t looked at them since last Fall.
They were all 1x`s.
I could barely lift the pot lickers when they were green.
That gentleman in the picture is the guy that owns the farm, he`s got a ton of neat stuff kicking around the old farm.
He showed me a pair of cedar oars that his dad split and carved by hand that have never been used.
He had a guy cut the Elm down and he gave me the log.
He watched me mill it and couldn`t believe his eyes when he saw boards come off the log.
He was so excited, I think it was a real treat for him to see the chainsaw mill work.
