It's been raining here in PA everyday, sometimes twice a day. It's the middle of June and we've only made hay one time. Should've had about a hundred acres done by now. This is starting out just like last summer, only a little warmer.

All we get is mist in the air, practically dry when it hits the ground. The fields are getting dry, but not severe yet. When they say probability of precipitation, that doesn't mean much. In winter there's a chance it can snow any day and in summer a chance of rain every day. :D

All this praying for the rain to stop or praying for rain got me to thinking.  It may be some indication of prayer travel time.
A few years ago in Alabama my son was telling me how dry it was and it stayed dry for several years.  He kept telling me how the farmers and timber growers were praying for rain. This went on for a couple of years.  Well about a two years ago it started raining and it has not stopped.  So now they have been praying for it to stop.  The delay time seems to be about 1 to 2 years for the east.  Out west they have been praying for 4 or 5 years as I understand. Is there a prayer backlog?  Now if there is anything to this it will turn dry soon in the east and we will go back to praying for rain. If it does take prayers a good bit of travel time, then maybe God is giving us rain because God is still acting on messages sent a year or two ago.

It finally started raining here, every day, for the past 6 days. It will pour and storm and then quit. When it quits, the heat index is deadly. Right now, at 1:45 PM, I have things to do, but, the heat got me this morning, while Planing some Cypress. I'm not doing anything till tomorrow. We's going to the camp, tomorrow. ;D

EZ, I drink at least a gallon of water every day, sometimes more. At the camp, we usually call home around 5PM and get a Big Gulp sugar fix at the same time.  ::) ;D ;D
