all the parts are now here and i should be re-assembling the saw today or tomorrow :)

what i would like is some info on running in (new pist/pot/bearings/pin)

You'll probably get several divergent opinions on that.  Mine is don't abuse it, but no need to baby it either.  Mainly, ensure you've got it tuned just slightly rich for the first few tanks.  Other than that, nothing special is required.

I agree run it a little rich first couple tanks! I always pull on it a couple time with the kill switch off to make sure everything is good and tight!

what i was going to do was let it mostly tick over on a rich mix with a bit of work for half hour just to bed in cause the first bit of work i got for it is real work on a 52" beech :)

its up and cutting good with a 36" bar from the 84 on it 8)
just running it in nice and easyish still hunts a bit but sounds real good :)
will give it a few tanks logging before i start milling
