Todd you get the mill and I will make a hole for you here on the farm and we will break that little darling in.  I know of them boys but have not done business or fished with them.  Wife says we can come visit you as she likes it over there.

Welcome Todd! I hope you enjoy this family of fine people as much as I do.  I don't have a mill but I enjoy wood and trees. My main job here though is to keep that Tom guy on the up and up. If someone doesn't watch him he'll go off telling some big ones.....like Zebras are white with black stripes when most knowledgable people know they are black with white stripes. He can tell some whoppers if someone doesn't watch him.

Fo a good pot of beans, y'all should really try my recipe on the Knowledge Base.  They is DanG good! 8)

Welcome aboard Todd!

Find your way over to the members map and plant a tree.  While you are at it fill out the bio.  Every sawyer should plant some trees, starting with the FF member's map. :)

    Welcome Todd

You are going to enjoy that new band mill and have a lot
  of new experiences.

There is a lot to read and catch up on this forum. There
are some wise old sages on here. ;)

Watch out if you take lessons from ARKANSAWYER. If
the two of you get those mills wound up there will not be a
tree left in Arkansas for the rest of us. ;D :D

  Enjoy your new mill.

Welcome Todd.

I’m building a place east of Springdale.  Hope to be a full time resident next year.

Watch for logs when a new power line is going in.  Seems like a lot of those trees get wasted to.  Saw some of that last winter around Holiday Island.

Are you going to do any custom cutting and will you be mobile?
Larry

I would like to offer one word of advice.  Working 'with' ARKANSAWYER would be ok, fine, and dandy.  Don't make the mistake though that one guy did in trying to make the big time.  Go in business AGAINST him, and badmouth him if ya wanta keep sawing.  Last time some guy tried that within a year Arky was helping the finance co. SELL THE OTHER GUYS Mill.   :)  Run him plumb out of business he did!
