We baby sit for our one son & his wife. They have 2, a boy 2 the day after Christmas & a girl 1 on Sat.After supper I sit in my chair to drink my coffee. They climb up and wait for the last little left after it cools down.Sometimes it hard to wait.

Grandkids are a lot of fun.My oldest son has a boy 10. We don't get to see them as much. But when he comes he wants to work in the shop. So my jobs wait. He's more important.
I was glueing 1x2's to make lamanate  arches for a hoop building. There are barns with rafters like that around here.
This on will be on skids.

Grand-kids, ya there the greatest. We see most of ours all the time, but still when they pull in the drive I drop what ever I'm doing and spend that time that their here with them.

Great picture hiya, put a big smile on my face this morning. My grandma would make weak tea for us. Lots of real cream and sugar. Neither of my sons will touch coffee, I think I know where I went wrong. :)

Sounds like a neat project your working on if you get a chance I'd sure like to see it.

If Norman Rockwell were still alive he could have put you all on canvas. That picture of you with the kids on your lap waiting for the coffee looks like one of his scenes.

YEA! GRANDKIDS 8)
My grandson, 5years old, just had to help me load this 16' pine log on the mill, so I tied a String around the log and have him 'pull' from the other side of the mill while I jacked it up on to the mill. He really wasn't doing any thing, and was in a safe place but,  was just as happy as could be, telling all how 'he put the log on that mill' and 'how strong he is'. ;D ;D ;D
Been doing so much with so little for so long I can now do anything with nothing, except help from y'all!
By the way rbarshaw is short for Robert Barshaw.
My Second Mill Is Shopbuilt 64HP,37" wheels, still a work in progress.

Gota brand new one, first one too.  Name of James Ryan.  Born last thursday.  Still in the hospital as the daughter-in-law had a cold when he was born.  Doc's wanted to keep him for a few days just to be sure and give him some antibotics. .  He's doing fine and will get to come home wednesday or thursday.  Yeah!!!!!!!

You must put a lot of milk and sugar in your coffee. My kids insisted on trying some of my (strong) black coffee, they all gagged and one of them had to rush to the bathroom to rinse her tongue. What does beer taste like ... just like coffee! :-D

Sawing wood and grandkids, it does not get any better, enjoy!
