Jeff,  I ain't smart enough to finger it out.  All there is is a big black screen with nothing in it.  

At the top it says..

"Click "ok" or "cancel" no password needed!"  ???

Use the drop down list. It lest you pick squares or ovals or lines or text or fill. Pick a pen size and a color and thats it.  If you pick tewxt, you can type.
