I have added some programming a little while back that does not forget our members birthdays (if they have listed it on their profile). With so many members now, creating threads to wish happy birthdays has become impractical. We would have to do it everyday and if we forget someone, then they may feel slighted. I have always feared of someone getting their feelings hurt because they were inadvertently forgotten. :-/
