I cut 500 bf of red oak  (2 x 4 dunnage)  before taking off to resharpen...still cutting fine when I took it off.  It would have cut several more bf, but Tom taught me to keep it sharp ...not sharpen after it was dull...Banjo

I have one on the mill now,too soon to give a real report. What I can say is they are at least the equal of any of the better bands, but with a better finish.Cut about 400bf of not so clean oak before removing to sharpen.More info to follow. Frank C.

That is the magic formula for blade longevity and quality lumber.   :)

I tried one on some pretty dirty logs, got about 700 feet of one and two inch lumber. Took it off and sharpened, put it back on and got about the same. I agree that it is at least as good as the other quality blades out there. Maybe better, can't really pass judgement on one blade, but, I was happy.

I was wondering if there is a price comparison worthy of consideration. I'm a hard-nose WM user, but always looking for a better deal.
Since I retired I really like work: It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.
