did i mention this is $1750 or best offer?

the old truck has just over 100,000 miles. it was a propane truck. when i got it the propane equipment was all taken off. carb was new then about 8 years ago. it has disc brakes. they are about the only thing i have had trouble with. i think i have that all ironed out now. 900-20 front tires have less than 1000 miles on them and the backs are 10.00 20 rough treads with about 1/2 tread left. i can thow in a spare tire and wheel. bunks are super heavy. toolbox under the bed will hold a chainsaw or 2. dash is cracked as you might expect from a 26 year old truck. pc

it works well for hauling a bunk of logs. the trailer will kill it though. i have serveral times tried to pull the trailer with 10 long logs on it and a full truck and it is too much to get much speed. it will however run down the road real well with just a bunk of logs on the truck.

it isnt what anyone should call a slick truck but it is ok and works real well.

should be well worth the money i am asking for it. i am available to show it just about any time.

as a matter of fact it is fixing to go to the woods with me this afternoon and fetch a few 10 footers.

thanks for the complements and for looking. pc

i recieved a call from someone in florida last night at 10:30 our time on the truck so i took my phone # off the original post.  i was still up and didnt mind the call, but all he wanted me to do was take 1/2 my price off and deliver it to florida. truck is for sale as is where is for $1750 or best reasonable offer. if you buy it sight unseen it will have to be paid well in advance of the truck leaving my farm.     pc

Add to that the overspeed light comes on at 62mph. I know an equipment hauler that goes that way from time to time. I don't know what it would cost but it would be expensive for sure.

Sorry for getting sidetracked. We haul pine shavings to chicken houses and feeders aren't usually ran down the center of the house unless its a "layer" house. I miss our old chevy truck. Good luck with the sale.

No matter what the lying picture looks like, those feeders arent in the middle of the building. The truck is over to one side. there were 2 feedlines and 4 waterlines in each of my broiler houses.

The picture is correct if you see a good useable truck.
I am not asking much more than this truck is worth for weight, since it weighs around 5 ton.

Hello, haven't been on this forum much lately due to computer problems. So, this is the first time I saw this.  Is this still available?
Questions:
    1.  Is the truck now running, and usable as is?
    2.  Would this thing be legal to drive on the road right now, if not, what would it take?

I am about 5 hours drive from you in SouthWest Arkansas.  I am patient enough to drive slow.
You are certainly cheap enough.
I would use the truck as a non-licensed, non-insured off-road.
