Are those Franklin 100's about the same size as a Tree Farmer C4D and what size cable are you running

  same trans as my 170 probably... ours has a 1998 Cummins in it & 28L's, forwarder though.

Closer to a C5.  I put a 9/16 swaged cable on it.  It should last a long time on it.
