Problem

Every time I log on I get a message that my message box has 21 messages and I am only authorized 20,  I have no messages in my message box.

Thanks DanG.  I bet half the folks on here dont realize they have an outbox.  Or I bet they dont know there is a Instant message control panel that will let them configure instant messages to play sounds or send them an email.

You have an outbox so you can see if your message was read. It the envelope icon is open, it was read. If its closed, it was not. That way you can tell what level that an individual is ignoring you Mr. Staples.  ;)
