120 franklin skidder
« on: March 12, 2010, 09:09:54 am »
We have a old skidder,a 1970 120  Franklin as far as I can tell.Somewheres in its long life someone has put a 6 cyl.chevy gas motor and 4 speed trans in it.While it works fine and skids 2-3 tress at a time,we would like to put a diesel in it,preferably somthing close to what was in it.Does anyone have a spec sheet or some pics of this skidder?Looked around for some paperwork but haven't found anything. Some pics would be great also as whoever put the motor in it cut the hood apart to fit the higher engine.
