had someone drop off a mcculloch 250, i don't know anything about this saw any info be great, the saw has good compression and it has spark, not getting any fuel but I'm tearing the carb off today.

If it's not the carb you stand a good chance of having a bad fuel line considering the age of it. If you are lucky the thing will have a Tillotson model HL carb .If you are not so lucky it will have a Walbro MAC ,the infamous flat back and nearly impossible to find repair kits for . Best of luck .

thanx for the info, the carb is the Tillotson so I lucked out there, I'll be putting the saw back together tomorrow and hopefully all goes well.
