central boiler notices / or lack of

I contacted my Central Boiler dealer about some of my concerns with the e- classic, He informed me that there are several notices from Central Boiler explaining some potential problems with the e- classic 2300, but they being my dealer could not disclose them unless a customer experienced that specific problem. This doesen't set well with me, any thoughts.   Thanks,   stratford 50
