I have a 1960 vintage Stetson-Ross 4 sided moulder with 6" wide top and bottom heads. The feed motor is a 1.5hp varidrive motor, The top and bottom heads are powered from a 10hp motor and the side cutters have a 5hp motor.
Comes with a 6" Byrd helical cutter head, some misc bead board knives and a few profile knives as well as a set of tongue and groove flooring knives.
Everything works and you can see it working if you come out. The only thing that I can think of that is broken is the switch handle for the forward/rev on the feed motor so I normally just use a set of vise grip pliers to turn the switch. Machine is wired for 230volt 3 phase.
I'm selling it because I dont use it very much and I'm in need of a more heavy duty planer. Price is $2300 and I will consider trading for a planer.
You can call me at 269-436-0039 with any questions.
