2000 f-350 crew cab flatbed
« on: February 02, 2010, 05:14:03 pm »
i am selling my firewood delivery truck. season is almost over and the front driveshaft has taken a dump. it is not big enough for my delivery needs anymmore anyway. it is a 2000 F-350 XLT, v-10, automatic, single rear wheel, 4.30 gears, trans was rebuilt at 80,000, now has 145,000. power windows, locks, driver seat. i will not lie, the truck is rough for its age, body damage to hood, front fenders, both front doors, has a very heavy 9' flatbed on it with 1" thick plywood sides. needs front driveshaft, a brake rotor or two, really needs airbag helper springs on the rear. truck runs good, drives good, starts great. if it were what i wanted for a delivery truck i would fix it up, but it is too long, but doesnt carry enought weight. i am going to replace it with a Fuso cab over truck.
i may consider parting this truck out just because i think i may get more in parts than a whole truck. i am asking $4500 as is.

Ironwood I don't recall if the frame is straight under the cab area and front part of the box. If it isn't you will have a lot of fabricating to make a crew cab fit.
