Driveway delays, what are yours?
« on: January 27, 2010, 12:05:49 am »
My driveway delay tonight just leaves me tired.  Jackie said, no reason to take both snowmobiles down since we only needed the cargo sled to haul the laundry.  Fortunately, I persisted and we took both machines.  (I like the non-hauling machine, Polaris XLT == fast & fun :) )

This time of year, we always arrive during the dark.  Great surprise Marshall, where's the key to the Ski Doo?  Must have lost it in town when getting other keys out.  DOH!  I'll put it on a keyring next time.  It was a long slow 4mi ride tonight, with the hotrod machine haulling hundreds of pounds of fuel, propane tank, groceries, and 3 bags of laundry.

Got home finally with another project waiting in the morning :( .  I think the longest driveway delays tend to occur during mud season!

Cheers,

Marshall

We got a bunch of rain the other day, which took alot of snow, but, made the roads muddy, in January, and the next morning, you could honestly have skated down our driveway.
